Atlas Property Management & Maintenance got its start as a roofing and construction company in 2005. Due to labor shortages and material availability, our Maintenance Division was broken off into its own entity called Atlas Property Maintenance. From there we took such good care of our clients that we later were asked to fully manage the properties to include the maintenance portion as well. Atlas now maintains over 500 properties in 7 markets and Manages 35 properties in the St Louis Market.
