With our maintenance program you will have the flexibility to decide what you want done, when you want it done, and how much you will pay for it. Our process is simple, you or your property manager notifies us, through our proprietary software, of a need or problem that requires attention. We dispatch, within an hour if needed for emergencies, to evaluate the problem/concern/project and we select the “Best” fit for the project, we then share this information electronically with you or your authorized agent. We collect invoices and pay the contractors directly, to ensure accountability in the work performed. We then invoice your company for services performed for the amount agreed on previously submitted and approved (no hidden fees). We handle all the insurance and licensing needs to protect the building and owner(s). All of this information is stored on our private server and available upon request. Each and every contractor in our portfolio is fully vetted, licensed, insured and bonded. The liability of your building will never be compromised. 

With our services property owners can save anywhere from $25,000 per year up to $500,000 per year in operating costs for maintenance staff. If you own multiple buildings these numbers will only increase as your maintenance staff for each property reduces and corporate employees can focus on other tasks.
